TRUTH by TOMMY on July 24th, 2009
Any Vehicle taken to a repair shop for NO START or HARD TO START problem has to be diagnosed.(one hour labor)rate average in any repair facility. Since you requested a fuel pump estimate, with the knowledge you did not previously have until you paid to have the vehicle diagnosed, your estimate was already 100.00 dollars lower from the dealer. Did the dealer estimate include the cost of a fuel filter? Was the part quoted a factory replacement? Without this knowledge, you are unable to make a realistic judgement of what the dealer was actually quoting you for the repairs. ck. list: Battery ,coil, spark plugs, relay, ignition switch & fuel pressure. DO YOU THINK YOU SHOULD NOT PAY FOR DIAGNOSTIC.
SECOND. When someone brings to your attention to other concerns on your vehicle that may cause a future mechanical issue, you are given the option of doing the repair.
DO NOT GO HERE!!!! by Peeved on May 22nd, 2009
They tried to charge me $400 extra for a fuel pump than anyone else charges. Even the dealership gave me a significantly lower quote than them ($300 less). They are constantly attempting to tack on additional "work" that you DO NOT need performed on your car. Plus, they charged me $100 just to tell me that the fuel pump doesn't work. DO NOT go here unless you have A LOT of extra money to waste. They wasted my time and money.
