Honest and Fast

I know that "Honest" isn't a word one would normally associate with mechanics, but in this case I can't think of a better word. I have used Mastertech for 5+ years and could not be happier. Forget Firestone and Midas where I, as well as family members have been talked into meaningless services and costly repairs. Jim, the owner has always been fair when it comes to pricing and will try to stretch out the life of things that need repair. This shop is a place that one will not go into a panic attack while waiting to hear how much it will cost to get your car repaired. I took my Lexus, Acadia and Maxima there for repair and refuse to go to the dealer again!

OVERPRICED

I took my car to this shop for standard service. Oil change, tire rotation, etc. I couldn't believe how much they charged me. I was discussed by the high price and the entitlement of my service. Like I was lucky that they we waiting on me. WOW.

All around horrible

Rokicki's is hands down the worst repair shop I have ever been to. They kept my car for about 10 days for a few simple repairs. They ended up damaging other parts and I had to take my car back, in which they tried to charge me again. The only reason why they have cars in the lot is because they keep them so long. They are slow, lazy, and way way way over priced. Take your car somewhere else.

Charged $1gallon extra 4 full serv

I am a handicapped driver and I pulled into this Amoco to fill up on April 23, 2009. I pulled up to the full serve. The prices for the self-serve were posted, but I was in for a major surprise to see that a tank of gas (I needed 12 gallons) was $37!!!! It was OVER $1 more per gallon to have the man pump. I calculated that it cost me $19 to have this do the dirty work. I hope he invites me to his summer home LOL! It I do plan to write to the BBB but I thought I would try to warn other drivers.

on Gipe's Transmission Service

Gipe's rebuilt my Rear end, charged me 800 dollars, now my van vibrates like crazy, when I returned the van to be repaired, one of the mechanics was snickering at me, they never fixed anything and actually sledge hammered my exhaust pipe and now that needs repaired also.
