Excellent service, very friendly staff and clean shop. Frank is a very cool, honest and knowledgeable guy. He always explains me everything that goes wrong with my car and shows me what else needs to be fixed, so I know what to watch out for. He always gives me very reasonabe prices too. If you dont want to get ripped off and cheated, but you need somebody reliable, than he is the one! He is the best mechanic in town for sure!!!! I`ve never had a bad experience with them and I dont think I ever will. I would highly recommend Autocall to anybody who wants to receive the best service in town!

A Best Auto provided me an HONEST and EXCELLENT service. I once took my brother's car for repair. The mechanic checked the car. The manager advised us that the car problem can be fixed, but he wouldn't recommend fixing it because it will cost us more down the road. I think that it shows HONESTY. He gave us an honest opinion. He could have made about $2K+ to fix the car, but he did not recommend it. The manager will not recommend something that's not worth fixing. Again, he was being honest to his client. I really appreciate his honesty. I would like to compare A-Best auto's service with another auto shop... A couple of months ago, I took my car to another auto shop (Super Lube, Tunes & Brakes on 7185 W. Sahara Ave Las Vegas, NV). The manager advised me that some parts were needed to be fixed and others that were needed to be replaced. They gave me a quote of $1K+. I told the manager that I don't want to get it fixed and to put everything together so I can drive it home. The manager said that they will not put everything together because it has to be fixed and they already took the parts out without my approval. He was forcing us to get it done in their shop, although I don't want to. The bottom line was he wants us to spend money and he won't even let us get another opinion from other mechanics. I ended up having my car fixed in this shop because I did not have a choice at that point. The mechanic did a very poor job which affected other parts few months later. I will NEVER recommend Super Lube to anybody.

Worst experience by Terry on August 13th, 2008 on Otto Clinic

I took my Jeep into the Otto Clinic as a result of an emergency. While his shop did repair the problem, it created a problem by cutting into two of the plastic fender shields under my car, rather than removing them to repair the problem. To replace ONE of these will cost over $400 by the dealer. When I wrote to Mr. Otto he denied responsibility and was impolite as well. Additionally, while I sat in the shop waiting during the hours it took to complete the job, I overheard Mr. Otto speak rudely about existing customers and their cars, as well as being rude to his office staff. I would NEVER, under any circumstances recommend his shop.
