Recently while on vacation in Port Huron,my fuel line on my truck started leaking. I was recommended by an auto parts supplier to go to Lee's.I did so and I was very impressed by the service I recieved.My truck was finished ahead of time and washed and the bill was less than quoted. I would recommend Lee's to anyone.

I was visiting the West side Michigan for the week of 7-13-09 and had air conditioning problems. I took my minivan to Vernon's. It is hard to find reasonable and honest mechanics and I have to say that Rob Vernon made a very good impression. He was personable and knowledgeable. His work was top quality and his rates very reasonable. My only regret is that his business is not in my community.

Took my truck on 11/28 to have it fixed, they called later that day stating that the truck was fixed, paid almost $500.00 and the truk was worse then when I took it in. Took it back on 12/1 to have it fixed, while trying to fix it they destroyed the wiring harness. Finally got the truck back on 12/26 and it was still worse. They took it to 2 other repair shops, without my knowledge or constent. Had to finally take to the dealer to get it fixed right at the cost of $1100.00, now I may need a new wiring harness at the cost of over $1100.00 thanks to them. They never gave a written work order when ask for one they refused, stated drive the truck and we will find you. I would not waste my time or money having them even try to fix a tricycle.

I had my car towed, my mechanic checked out the car and diagnosed it free of charge, quoted us an estimate and performed the repairs as described, very honest and straight forward, I recommed this shop to my family and all my friends. thanks a lot Ed

I'm not going to document my entire story, but just do a Yahoo search for 'Russ Aiuto vs' (owner and operator of Outback)and you will find links to the Washtenaw courts webpages for the multiple lawsuits he has had filed against him this year. Everything on record is public domain, so look for yourself and also look within the courts files and the story will tell itself. Save yourself the money, time, hassle, and legal expenses and find another place to do business.

They don't over promise and do not do work they cannot handle...they will even recommend a direct competitor if needed to get the job done right.
