I was having problems trying to find an honest mechanic to fix my car. Being new to the area I didn't know where to go. Then a friend told me about Shea Automotive. He called me with a estimate in a timely manner and explained to me what the problem was with my car.I was very please with his service and would highly recommend him to any one in the Berkshires.

I am very pleased with the service I received at South Natick Gulf. The owner was very polite and even gave me a ride home and picked me up when the car was ready. The mechanic, Bob, is very knowledgeable, polite, and provides honest estimates of work. He provided a detailed report of the repairs he completed. He explained other aspects of the car that I asked him to check on and answered all my questions to my full satisfaction. I absolutely would return with my car in the future and would recommend them to my friends.

Avoid using this company. The ***** is incredibly rude and they have a thief in their employment. My car was towed there and had $175 worth of tools stolen from it by the time I could return the next day.
They claim no fault.

The prices at BENZ DEN were TOO EXPENSIVE. One time, they tried to charge me over $3,500 just for maintenance. People in BENZ DEN were very DISHONEST. They seemed to enjoying robbing money from me. Also, they were UNABLE to fix the rain sensor of my E320, but charged $500 for the parts and labor. I got nothing from the $500. Just AVOID BENZ DEN!!! Now I found a good Mercedes mechanic in Cambridge.

This company was wonderful to deal with. I am a young woman, that is smart enough to know when I am being lied to. I went to another local shop that I will review later, I was being sold and intellectually insulted. They told me the world was falling, it was like the Allen Jackson song about the mechanic. Then I find Bonney Automotive via the people I bought my car from in Tulsa. They treated this Tufts student with respect, did not tell me the world was flat, and fixed my car for a reasonable fee.
