WTF? are you kidding me? they moved to the dealer? i hate going to the dealer, thats why i went to quick lane, and then i heard jeff did no go over there, i will only deal with jeff and everybody else will to!!! if jeff was over there i would suck it up and go over but he is not, so i won't, jeff was the best!!!! hands down, he alway's said it how it was , nothing more ,nothing less, i heard he was opening his own shop, i'll be looking for it!!!!!

This is the best shop I have found in the greater Hartford area. I have tried out a few, but Allstar is the best by far. Joe the owner is always there to greet me, and the mechanics are top notch. I can trust that when I bring my car in for service that it will be repaired quickly and properly and for a fair price.

I brought my car to quick lane for the first time, i met the service manager (jeff)i wanted an oil change, i knew i needed tires but didn't say anything, jeff got me in right away, he came in a little while later and said i needed tires,he also said my ball joint were very loose, he brought me in the back and showed me them....i almost dropped dead,they looked like they were about to fall off,thank god he did such a good job because i was traveling a long distance and i could have killed myself, jeff was very professional and i trust him very much, on top of him being a super nice guy......and i will be back
