I've been taking my cars to Al-Con for many years and have always been very pleased with the work they do. Once they installed a defective dealer part and when I took the car back, they immediately put my car at the top of the queue and fixed it for no additional cost. They stand by their work and I stand by them. I'd recommend them to anyone and often do!

WHAT YOU DONT NEED! The work done by the techs is top notch though. My friends recommended to this place. They said the work and value was excellent. Weird! because the new manager Carl is a total salesman, who recommended me TIRES when I needed muffler work. I was so annoyed! go work at firestone or discount tire. I told my friends about my experience and they said they hadnt ever dealt with this guy, but they were surprised that my experience was bad. Bummer total bummer!

Timing Belt - Outstanding Performan

I have a 2006 Toyota that needed a timing belt due to milage. Clint, the service advisor, recommended that I should have the water pump, timing belt tensioner, timing belt idler pulley, camshaft seals, and crankshaft seal done at the same time as these items have as many miles on them as the timing belt and when the timing belt is replaced there is little time required to replace these items. This made sense to me, so I agreed. They completed the job in one day. Here is what I liked. Clint was very friendly, the job was done very professionally, and I have since drivem my car 20,000 miles and no problems. CHeck this out. Comtec Automotive provided me with a 3 year and 36,000 mile warranty on their labor and parts and they used manufacturer parts. Great job!!! I recommend Comtec Automotive for your service.

If I do not get the srevice that I initially paid for, my upcoming visit, then I will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. In the complaint I will urge an investigation. If My standards are met in the return visit, I will market A Plus as a good shop.

The repair technician came quickly after I called as I needed my glass repaired ASAP. He did a very good job and cleaned up all the glass that was all over my interior as it had been smashed in the night before. Over all great job!
