Hi.... i dont ever give 5 stars, but after the repairs done on my 05 Mercedes was finished by Perfection Auto Works...... Well, Im hooked ! these guys are TOP NOTCH !!!! The work performed was BETTER than the dealer at less than 1/2 the price. I also was impressed with the service and the info given. Mike Emery( the owner ) gave it to me straight..... they perform a free inspection, and I was pleased that the car was in good shape. I did need to have the tires rotated, and the alignment performed, but that was all she needed. Thanks Perfection Auto Works, I will return and tell all my friends ! James Hass

Went in and had a transmission and brake fluid flush. A few weeks later my brakes started going out. Returned to Brake Masters and they found the release valve on one of my brakes was loose and leaking. They tightened it, topped off the fluid, and charged me $28 denying THEY could ever have been the ones to leave it loose a few weeks earlier; despite that this was the first time anyone had touch my brakes in ten years. Very irresponsible and unprofessional in my opinion.

spent $800 to get a leak fixed. Mechanic could not figure out how to bleed new pump so rebult old one with high powered hose I was told to purchase. Leaked from day one. He said I chose rebuilt pump that would not work. He was not capable of bleeding it and should have requested help after 3rd pump. Needless to say, my small leak has blown the hose now. That mechanic? No longer works there
