I took my 1997 toyota camry to gear-n-teed transmission. And I dealt with ron I told him I would go out of my way to do this because I own a business and I understand that when people go out of there way to help other people like I was treated at that establishment it always goes unheard of he was able to fix my car and put me in a rental free of charge. And was kind and curtious of my dilemma. But when people get upset they go out of there way to hurt someone. He was very proffesional and I would recommend anyone to have there car repaired there I rate them a 8 out of ten not the biggest but very curtious and understanding.

I`m sorry to say ,but bobby c`s is not very good at auto repairs.I was a customer, and it took two weeks to get a simple brake job done.also the charges were quite high.I think I could have gotten better service at any auto repair chain.bobby`s a nice guy but think he`s in over his head.

Also called Superior Marine, same shop two titles. I bought my boat from a guy that always used these guys for the maintenance. They signed-off on the engine before I bought it. A few weeks after I bought it, the engine went down hard and they said it needed to be rebuilt.
3 (summer) MONTHS and $4500 later, it was rebuilt. Ran fine after it was done, but they promised me it would be done every week by the end of the week. I stopped by one Friday to pick it up because they said it would be done and it wasn't. I found the owner there working on another customer's boat who'd said he could take it out for the weekend if he could get it fixed. He said he'd get it finished that night and I could pick it up Sat morning. Showed up Sat morning, nothing had been done and they were putting the last minute touches on the other boat so they could go to Lake Chelan for the weekend. He told me he'd make it a priority the following week but it was another 3 weeks before I got it back.
They also re-worked the trailer brakes (dual-axle drum surge brakes) for $800 (fall of 2008). Found that one of the drums broke and all of the break pads were completely shot over the weekend (June 2009). It had been towed to and from the lake (3 miles) several times and once from Seattle to Chelan and back. Cost to fix...$1200. I'm in the process of trying to get my money back from them for the brake work.
If you've got lots of time and don't mind false promises, then use these guys! If you want the work done right and in a timely fashion however...look elsewhere!

The service and repair at Furlong Motors is superior and they have concern for the needs of their customers. From my experience I can't say enough good things about them.

I don't know a think about car and thay has gotten me in trouble in the past with other shaddy shops. A friend of mine that works a Microsoft recommend me to the place since a lot of Microsoft people use them. I was really surprised how friendly the the own is and how he took the time to make sure I understand what need to be fixed and exactly how much is cost. He didn't try to talk me into replace anything I didn't need to be replaced. But he was kind enought to tell me what would need to be replace in the future. Anyway, I'm happy, my car runs great, and my wallet didn't take a beating. Very happy customer here. Thanks Erik!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

They tried to charge me $400 extra for a fuel pump than anyone else charges. Even the dealership gave me a significantly lower quote than them ($300 less). They are constantly attempting to tack on additional "work" that you DO NOT need performed on your car. Plus, they charged me $100 just to tell me that the fuel pump doesn't work. DO NOT go here unless you have A LOT of extra money to waste. They wasted my time and money.

I am a handicapped driver and I pulled into this Amoco to fill up on April 23, 2009. I pulled up to the full serve. The prices for the self-serve were posted, but I was in for a major surprise to see that a tank of gas (I needed 12 gallons) was $37!!!! It was OVER $1 more per gallon to have the man pump. I calculated that it cost me $19 to have this do the dirty work. I hope he invites me to his summer home LOL! It I do plan to write to the BBB but I thought I would try to warn other drivers.
