I was having problems trying to find an honest mechanic to fix my car. Being new to the area I didn't know where to go. Then a friend told me about Shea Automotive. He called me with a estimate in a timely manner and explained to me what the problem was with my car.I was very please with his service and would highly recommend him to any one in the Berkshires.

I have tried many places and found the place! These guys are extremely well priced and if it is more or not needed, they will tell you. They saved me about $500. They are honest and very good.

Amazing service, listens to every little detail and takes care of concerns and then some! Let's you know safety issues versus maintainance issues. Very honest and reasonable pricing. I used to go to the Lexus dealer exclusivly, and will never make that mistake again!

I find it very conveinient that they come to you while you are at work or even at home so you can do what you need to do while getting the maintenence for your car done at the same time for practically the same price as taking your car to "joe sh-moe." Not to mention the owner who does the work himself, is easy on the eyes!!

I know that "Honest" isn't a word one would normally associate with mechanics, but in this case I can't think of a better word. I have used Mastertech for 5+ years and could not be happier. Forget Firestone and Midas where I, as well as family members have been talked into meaningless services and costly repairs. Jim, the owner has always been fair when it comes to pricing and will try to stretch out the life of things that need repair. This shop is a place that one will not go into a panic attack while waiting to hear how much it will cost to get your car repaired. I took my Lexus, Acadia and Maxima there for repair and refuse to go to the dealer again!
